客车空调蒸发器的实验分析

摘　　要：本文简述了汽车空调用管带式蒸发器数学模型的实验测试装置、系统参数控制以及测量等方法。在美国TESCOR公司设计生产的两器(冷凝器和蒸发器)试验台上对桑塔纳2000汽车空调管带式蒸发器进行了变风量实验和变制冷剂流量的性能试验,以确保蒸发器数学模型的合理性。Experimental equipment, parameter control ＆ measurement and test method of serpentine evaporator with mathematical model in Automobile air-conditioner has been shown in this paper. So an evaporator used in automobile SANTANA2000 was tested under changeable air flow rate and changeable refrigerator flow in the condenser-evaporator test-bed produced by TESCOR Inc. in America to ensure its rationality.
