摘  要:为了验证5个抗旱主效QTL的导入效果,将已精细定位的5个抗旱主效QTLs(DTY1.1,DTY2.1,DTY2.2,DTY3.1和DTY12.1)作供体建立近等基因系,利用与5个QTL位点紧密连锁的16个SSR分子标记对导入抗旱主效基因的23份家系进行目标QTL检测。结果显示,利用6个标记同时检测,获得携带DTY3.1 QTL的家系5株;利用2个标记同时检测,获得携带DTY12.1 QTL的家系5株;其他3个QTL位点未检测到目标QTL的家系;没有同时获得具备不同抗旱QTL的家系。相比较而言,携带DTY3.1 QTL以Apo为供体及携带DTY12.1 QTL以Way Rarem为供体导入效果更好。这些抗旱家系的获得,为抗旱品种的选育提供了新的抗旱基因来源。To confirm the efficiency of QTL of Drought-resistant being Introduced, nearisogenic lines for five major QTLs (DTY1. 1, DTY2.1, DTY2.2, DTY3.1, DTY12.1) were developed. Sixteen SSR markers were used to detect the five major QTLs. The results showed that five near isogenic lines carrying DTY3.1 were detected by using 6 SSR markers, while 5 lines carrying DTY12.1 were detected by using 2 SSR markers, no near isogenic lines carrying DTY1.1, DTY2.1, DTY2.2 were detected. Breeding line with other QTLs or with multi-QTL was not identified. The Apo with DTY3.1 QTL and Way Rerem with DTY12.1 as donor had better introgressing efficiency when were introduced in different lines. The detection of these near isogenie lines will be useful for drought tolerance in future breeding.
