摘  要:以底盘结构件(后桥和副车架)为基础,采用热弹塑性有限元技术对其进行焊接变形预测,试验与模拟结果相一致,副车架各工位的焊接变形较小,对结构几乎没有影响,但是后桥Ⅲ工位的焊接变形量达到了8.6 mm,严重影响了后桥的装配精度和使用性能,因此在综合考虑影响焊接变形各种因素的基础上,选择改变焊缝的焊接顺序及方向来实现减小焊接变形量的目的.模拟结果表明,当改变焊缝1,3的焊接方向,并且焊接顺序为先焊焊缝3,其次焊焊缝2,最后焊焊缝1时,焊接变形量减少至1.3 mm,达到预期目标.In this paper, welding deformation prediction for chassis components ( auxiliary frame and rear axle) is discussed by using thermal elastic-plastic finite element technology. The experimental .and numerical results are in good agreement. Welding deformation of each station of the auxiliary frame is very small, which has a little influence on the auxiliary frame, but welding deformation of rear axle third station is up to 8.6 mm, which seriously affects the fitting accuracy and using performance and therefore need to be optimized. Considering various factors influencing welding deformation, we first choose to change welding sequence and direction of welding to achieve the purpose of reducing welding deformation. Simulation results show that when directions of welding of weld 1 and weld 3 are changed, and the welding sequence is weld 3 first, weld 2 second and weld 1 third, weld- ing deformation is only 1.3 mm, achieving the expected goal.
