摘 要:从船用齿轮箱的基本失效模式分析出发,运用故障树分析理论,建立了以齿轮箱不能正常工作为顶事件的故障树模型,并收集了相关部件的失效分布函数.针对大型复杂系统的故障分析特点,运用蒙特卡罗方法与故障树分析相结合进行可靠性仿真,并以VC++为开发平台,编制了齿轮箱的故障树仿真分析程序,得出了系统的可靠性指标——单元重要度、单元失效模式重要度,并与MATLAB进行了联合仿真,绘制出系统可靠度曲线.通过故障树计算机仿真程序,可以方便地得到系统内部各部分对系统产生的作用大小,能够清晰地得出系统的薄弱环节,从而为提高齿轮箱的可靠运行提供数据分析基础.Using the basic failure mode analysis of the marine gearbox and the fault tree analysis theory, we establish fault tree analysis model of the gearing system, taking it as the top-affair that the system does not work normally, and find the failure distribute functions of the parts. According to the peculiarity of fault analysis of large and complex system, the Monte Carlo method is adopted and VC ++ and MATLAB are used in programming and carring out the simulation. We finally obtain the reliability index, the basic unit importance, mode importance, and the reliability curve of the system. Through the fault tree simulation, we can see the contribution of each part to the reliability of the whole system and the weak unit of the system, which provides a basis of system-reliability analysis.
