摘　　要：目的探讨Eotaxin基因多态性与哮喘的相关性。方法用单链构象多态性-四引物聚合酶链反应-限制性酶切方法对96例汉族哮喘儿童及96名汉族健康儿童Eotaxin-3+2497T/G单核苷酸多态性检测,并对此位点单核苷酸多态性与哮喘的易感性、血浆总IgE(TIgE)水平、嗜酸性粒细胞(eosinophil,EOS)计数相关性进行分析。结果 Eotaxin-3+2497位点哮喘组与对照组G等位基因的频率、哮喘组IgE浓度及EOS计数均有统计学差异(P值分别<0.01、<0.01和<0.05)。结论 Eotaxin-3+2497T/G多态性与哮喘易感性、EOS数量及IgE水平相关。Objective To discuss the association between asthma and Eotaxin gene polymorphism. Methods By using single strand conformation polymorphism-4-pair-primer PCR-restrietion enzyme, the polymorphism, allele frequency and genotype frequency of Eotaxin-3 ＋2497T/G were detected in the 96 asthmatic children （the Han nationality） and 96 healthy children （the Hart nationality）. This study also analysed the correlation between SNP and asthma susceptibility, EOS count, total plasma IgE. Resdts At Eotaxin-3＋2497, in the G allele frequency, IgE concentration and EOS eount there all was statistic differences between the two groups （P〈0.01, P〈O.01 or P〈 0.05, respectively）. Conclusion Eotaxin-3 ＋2497T/G polymorphism correlates with asthma susee-ptibility, EOS count and IgE level.
