摘  要:目的观察健脾消胀片对阿托品致小鼠胃肠蠕动降低模型大肠蠕动的影响,探讨其作用机制及特点。方法取体重18~21 g小鼠70只,雌雄各半,随机分为7组,其中6组造胃肠蠕动降低模型,另一组为空白对照组。造模型6组分别灌服大、中、小剂量健脾消胀片混悬液(1.8、0.9、0.45 g/kg,用0.5%羧甲基纤维素配成0.18、0.09、0.045 g/ml,0.1 ml/10 g),吗丁啉片混悬液(7.5 mg/kg,用0.5%羧甲基纤维素配成0.75 mg/ml,0.1 ml/10 g),保和丸混悬液(2.25 g/kg,用0.5%羧甲基纤维素配成0.225 g/ml,0.1 ml/10 g)和同体积的0.5%羧甲基纤维素;空白对照组灌同体积1%羧甲基纤维素。给药1次/d,连续给药5 d,手术操作后,处死小鼠,解剖,将上自幽门下自回盲部的小肠取出,平放在吸水纸上,轻轻将小肠拉直,测量肠管长度为小肠总长度,从幽门自碳末前沿为碳末推进长度,计算碳末推进率;空白对照组除不造模型外,其他操作同上。碳末推进率(%)=碳末推进长度(cm)/小肠总长度(cm)×100%。结果各模型组与空白对照组比,首次出现含碳末粪便的潜伏期显著延长(P<0.01)、6 h出现含碳末粪便的总数显著增加(P<0.05)。结论小鼠胃肠蠕动降低模型建造成功。与其它模型组比,大、中剂量健脾消胀片组、吗丁啉组和保和丸组均可显著缩短模型小鼠首次出现含碳末粪便的潜伏期(P<0.01),各给药组对6 h出现含碳末粪便数仅有提高趋势。Objective To explore the role characteristics and mechanisms of Jianpi Xiaozhang Tablet through observing the influence of this tablet on the peristalsis of large intestine in the mice model of gastrointestinal peristalsis relief induced by atropine. Methods The 70 mice the weight of 18 to 21 g), m^e and female (1:1) were randomly divided into 7 groups: 6 groups were made as the model of gastrointestinal peristalsis relief induced by atropine, rest group as blank control group. The 6 model groups were respectively given with small, medium and large doses of Jianpi Xiaozhang Tablet suspension (1.8 g/kg, 0.9 g/kg and 0.45 g/kg were dubbed 0.18 g/ml, 0.09 g/ml and 0.045 g/ml in 0.5% carboxymethyl cellulose, 1 ml/10g), Domperidone Tablets suspension(7.5 mg/kg was dubbed 0.75 mg/ml in 0.5% carboxymethyl cellulose, 1 ml/10g), Baohe Pill suspension (2.25 g/kg was dubbed 0.225 g/ml in 0.5% carboxymethyl cellulose, 1 ml/10 g) and the same volume of 0.5% carboxymethyl cellulose; Control group was given with 1% carboxymethyl cellulose; Drug was delivered for 1 time daily, and administered continuously for 5 days; Injecting atropine in intraperitonealion could build the mice model of gastrointestinal peristalsis relief induced by atropine; all groups were given with carbon suspension, then the mice were killed. Then the rate of carbon advance was calculated by measuring the length of small bowel and the advancing length of carbon. Results Compared with the blank control group, carbon fecal incubation period of above experimental groups were significantly prolonged (P〈0.01), the number of feces containing carbon increased obviously after 6 hours (P〈O.05), which could indicate that the establishment of this model was successful. Conclusion The mice model of reducing peristalsis of gaslrointestine was established snccessfully. Compared with the model group, the groups of medium and large doses of Jianpi Xiaozhang Tablet, Pill and Domperidone Tablets could significantly shorten the incubation pe
