摘　　要：如今,医院的发展已经由以扩大规模,增加床位,加大资源投入的粗放式模式向优质、高效、低耗的集约式科学管理模式转变。在目前政府投入不足,医疗资源有限,患者就医难的情况下,如何结合自身实际,选择好自己的定位,是医院持续发展的首要关键。术前平均住院日作为平均住院日的重要组成部分对于医院,尤其是手术科室的整体运行是一个最直接、最敏感的体现医院整体管理水平的指标。Today, the development ot hospitals has been changing trom the tree and easy moae of expana scale and increase beds, more resources into to the high-quality, highly efficient, low-intensive scientific management mode. But inadequate investment given by the current government and medical resources are limited, as well as treatment in patients with difficult circumstances, how to combine their own reality, the position of their own choice is a key to the sustainable development of all hospitals. The preoperative average hospital stay as an important part of average hospital stay for hospital-self, particularly the surgical departments of the overall operation is the most direct and most sensitive indicators showing the overall level of management of hopital.
