摘　　要：农村土地集体所有制建立后,在很长一段时间里发挥了积极的作用,促进了农村生产关系的解放和生产力的发展。但是,随着市场经济的发展,其弊端日益显露,成为制约农村经济发展的瓶颈。要充分实现农民从集体土地中获取使用、处分、收益等权益,只有在社会主义制度的基础上,构建农村土地股份制度,才是农村土地集体所有制的真正归途。Since Rural collective land ownership has been established, in a very long time, It indeed plays a positive role in promoting the liberation of the rural relations of production and development of productive forces. However, With the development of market economy, Its shortcomings have become increasingly apparent,.
