摘　　要：在我国经济社会平稳较快发展时期,城镇化建设已成为一个地区融入现代化的重要标志。在"十二五"规划实施进程中,黔西南州重点实施城镇化带动战略,这是"加速发展,加快转型,推动跨越"的需要。为此,必须在具体实践中充分认识和把握重点实施城镇化带动战略的意义、路径和对策的重要性。In the period of China＇s economic and social stable and rapid development, urbanization has become an important symbol of a region integrating into the modernization.
