益气活血浴足方对糖尿病多发性神经病的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的：观察益气活血浴足方糖尿病多发性神经病患者的疗效。方法：采用随机数字表对符合纳入标准的糖尿病多发性神经病患者分为两组各25例，对照组采用常规治疗，浴足组采用常规治疗同时使用益气活血中药对患者行浴足，浴足方以黄芪、川芎等为主。结果：浴足组治疗后中医证候积分、神经传导速度较治疗前明显改善，疗效优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：益气活血浴足方能有效改善糖尿病多发性神经病患者的临床症状，并提高神经传导速度。Objective To evaluate the effcts of Traditional Chinese Medicated ped--bath of Yiqi Huoxue on Diabetic Polyneumpathy patients. Methods The Diabetic Polyneumpathy patients which meet the inclusion criteria were divided in- to two groups Using random number table, and there were 25 cases in each group. Only conventional therapy was appli- cated in the control group, howere, both conventional therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicated ped--bath were adopted in the ped--bath group. The main component were Astragalus and Chuanxiong in our Chinese ped--bath pharmacy. Re- suits TCM ped--bath is effected in Diabetic Polyneumpathy. Compared with the control groups, the clinical symptom in- tegral in TCM was improved and Nerve conduction velocity was faster in the ped--bath group （P^0.05）, as well as the therapy efficacy was obviously more superior.
