优泌乐25治疗新诊断2型糖尿病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察赖脯胰岛素25（优泌乐25）治疗初诊2型糖尿病（T2DM）的疗效。方法；在饮食控制合理运动的基础上，一组用精蛋白锌重组赖脯胰岛素混和液（优泌乐25）一日两次皮下注射，一组用优泌乐一日三次和来得时一日一次皮下注射治疗。结果：两组治疗后FPG、餐后2hPO、HbAlc均明显下降，空腹c肽上升（p〈0．01）。优泌乐25组与优泌乐和来得时组治疗后两组比较FPG、餐后2hPG、HbAlC、空腹c肽差异、低血糖发生率无显著性，体重指数变化、血糖达标时间有显著性。结论：优泌乐25对初诊糖尿病患者与优泌乐一日三次和来得时一日一次皮下注射治疗疗效相当，低血糖发生率相当，一日两次皮下注射对体重指数及达标时间有改善且胰岛素用量较小。Objective： To observe the effect of insulin lispro 25 （ Humalog Le 25 ） in treatment of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus （ T2DM ） effect. Methods.. the diet control on the basis of reasonable movement, a group of pro- tamine zinc recombinant human insulin lispro mixture （ Humalog Le 25 ） two times daily subcutaneous injections, a group with Humalog music three times a day and Lantus once--daily subcutaneous injections for the treatment of. Results： the two groups after treatment FPG, postprandial 2hPG, HbAlc were significantly decreased, fasting C peptide （ p〈0.01 ） rise. Humalog Music Group 25 with Humalog music and Lantus group after treatment in two groups in FPG, 2hPG, HbAIC, postprandial fasting C peptide differentially, hypoglycemia was not significant, body mass index, blood glucose changes in standard time was significant. Conclusion： Humalog Le 25 newly diagnosed diabetic patients with Humalog music three times a day and Lantus once daily subcutaneous injection therapy, incidence of hypoglycemia, two times daily subcutaneous injection on body mass index and standard time has improved and less dosage of insulin.
