摘 要:采用真空热压烧结制备Fe基胎体及其孕镶金刚石刀头,研究固溶、连续时效和分级时效热处理对胎体组织和性能的影响,利用颗粒增强复合材料弹性力学公式计算不同热处理条件下胎体对金刚石的机械包镶力,通过石材切割试验机测试Fe基孕镶金刚石刀头的锯切性能。结果表明:热处理促进了胎体元素扩散,提高了热压烧结Fe基胎体及其孕镶金刚石刀头的性能;与连续时效相比,分级时效对固溶处理胎体和刀头的性能提高较大。Iron-based matrix and impregnated diamond segment were fabricated by hot pressing, and the effect of solid solution, continuous and grading ageing treatment technology on microstructure and properties of matrix was discussed. The mechanical retention in different treatment technology was studied by interface theory for particle reinforced composite material. In addition, stone sawing tester was used to determine the sawing performance of iron- based impregnated diamond segment. The results show that heat treatments promote elements diffusion of matrix and enhance the properties of matrix and segment. Compared with continuous ageing, the properties of matrix and segment for solid solution treatment are more improved by graded ageing.
