摘 要:隔离双向DC/DC变换器作为新一代并网不间断电源(UPS)系统的核心单元直接影响着系统效率。在对传统单移相控制进行分析的基础上,提出一种改进移相控制方法。相比单移相控制,改进移相控制具有两个可调节移相比,通过多变量控制可更加灵活地调节功率大小和流向,从而改善系统电流应力和传输效率特性。给出了改进移相控制的工作原理,并对比分析了单移相和改进移相控制的电流应力特性。利用FPGA和DSP作为主控器件,搭建了系统实验平台,实验结果验证了理论与仿真分析的正确性。Isolated bidirectional DC/DC converter becomes the key component in state-of-the-art grid-connected unin- terruptible power supply(UPS) since it directly affects the system overall energy conversion efficiency.Based on the analysis of traditional single phase-shifted control strategy ,this paper proposes an improved phase-shifted control method.Compared with the former one,it has two adjustable phase-shifted ratios and multivariable controlling can bring more flexibility in energy controlling for both direction and capacity and it decreases the system's current stress and improves conversion efficiency.The operation principle of this novel control method is presented and the current stress characteristics in both methods are comparatively analyzed.FPGA and DSP are employed as the key controlling devices, and an experimental platform is built to verify the correctness of theoretic and simulation results.
