摘　　要：流行病学研究和分子生物学研究证明存在乙肝病毒父婴传播。传播途径是水平传播和通过精细胞传播。主/被动免疫是现今主要的传播阻断技术,抗病毒核苷类药物也开始试用。Paternal-infant transmission of hepatitis B virus has been testified by epidermiology and molecular biology.The routes of transmission are horizontal transmission and spermatid transmission.The way of blocking hepatitis B virus transmission from father to infant is positive immunity and passive immunity,the nucleoside analogs were tested.
