摘  要:目的 探讨超声消融治疗子宫腺肌症的不良反应及预防处理措施。方法 回顾分析171例超声消融治疗的子宫腺肌症患者临床资料,总结治疗过程中及治疗后常见不良反应,探讨其可能影响因素及预防处理措施。结果 超声消融治疗子宫腺肌症过程中发生下腹疼痛87例,骶尾部疼痛和(或)臀部疼痛78例,治疗区皮肤烫52例,腹股沟痛48例及放射痛31例;治疗后即刻发生治疗区疼痛36例,骶尾部疼痛21例及阴道流液5例,治疗过程中出现的其他不良反应在治疗结束后消失。结论 超声消融治疗子宫腺肌症会有不同程度的不良反应发生,及时给予相应处理能有效减少和控制不良反应的发生,保证治疗的安全性和有效性。Objective To explore the common adverse reactions and precautions in the treatment of adenomyosis with high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU). Methods Clinical data of 171 patients with uterine adenomyosis treated with HIFU were analyzed retrospectively. Common adverse reactions during treatment and after treatment were summarized. The possible influential factors to adverse reactions and precautions were explored. Results During ultrasound ablation in the treatment of adenomyosis, patients oceured lower abdominal pain in 87 cases, sacroiliac or buttock pain in 78 eases, skin buring in 52 cases, groin pain in 48 cases and radiating pain in 31 cases. Immediately after treatment, patients occured treatment area pain in 36 cases, sacroiliac or buttock pain in 21 cases and bloody vaginal discharge in 5 cases. Other adverse reactions presented during the treatment disappeared after HIFU treatment. Precautions during the treatment were taken and these precautions could reduce the adverse reactions and avoid complications. Conclusion Different degrees of adverse reactions may be often seen during HIFU treatment for uterine adenomyosis. Timely given the appropriate precautions can effectively reduce and control the occurrence of adverse reactions and ensure the safety and efficacy of the treatment.
