福建省城市土地集约利用评价及动态变化

摘　　要：根据福建省1995年至2010年土地集约利用的相关数据,选取经济效益、社会效益和生态效益作为稳态因子,建立一项包含15个指标的衡量福建省城市土地集约利用的评价指标体系,采用SPSS统计分析方法和特尔斐法,把定性分析和定量分析相结合,对福建省城市土地集约利用的动态变化进行分析研究,结果显示,福建省城市土地集约利用水平是诸多因素综合影响的结果,但各种机制和因素的权重即重要程度不同,对城市土地集约利用产生的影响效果也相应地存在差异;土地集约利用与经济发展水平不仅在时间上有的显著相关性,也存在显著的空间差异特征。According to intensive land use data of Fujian province during 1995 and 2010 data, this paper will select economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit as steady factor and establish a index system contains 15 index intensive to measure the use of urban land in Fujian province. Furthermore it aims to study the dynamic change of urban land intensive use in Fujian province combining qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis with SPSS and the Delphi method, the result reveals intensive land use level is the outcome of combined action of many factors, in which different weights carry different effects; it is closely correlated with economic development level not only in timespan, but also having distinct spacial difference.
