摘　　要：两岸证券投资互通型人才培养有着重要意义,通过研究两岸证券投资领域的共性与特性,并根据共性与特性从而知道两岸互通型人才应当具备的知识和技能,并此基础上提出两岸证券投资互通型人才的培养模式,要注重分层次、分专业、注重师资培养。This paper discusses the meaning of talent training of the securities investment share on both sides , Research the common and Characteristics of the securities investment areas on both sides, According to the similarity and the characteristic analysis on both sides to discuss what knowledge and skills of the Talented person of exchanging will be equipped with, and finally put forward the talent training mode of the securities investment share on both sides.
