摘　　要：居住问题是20世纪关涉全球的重大社会问题。文章依循现代建筑百年历程的纲领性文件，从“雅典宪章”“马丘比丘宪章”到成文于世纪之交的“北京宪章”探讨20世纪建筑学领域对现实居住问题深縡獭⒀纤嗟睦沸运伎迹*针对中国住居建设现状探求我们在新世纪解决国民居住问题的理论与实践探索方向。The housing problem is one of the first magnitude problems to be facing by mankind all over the world in 20th century, Thinking obout the milestones of the construction history of architecture and city in this century - from 'AthensCharter'to 'Machu picchu Charter', and to 'Beijing Charter'-- this article exploratory invedigate the profound, seriously, historical reflections to realistic housing problems in the field of architecture. At the same time,aiming at the actuality of resident construction, the author put forward some advises to the housing problems in china in new century.
