摘　　要：加强和改进民警教育训练工作是加强公安队伍素质建设的关键。新形势下森林公安民警教育训练工作具有重要性和紧迫性。目前,公安民警教育训练工作中还存在着一些问题。实现森林公安民警教育训练工作的创新发展需要采取一系列有效措施。Strengthen and improve the work of police training is the key to strengthening public security and the qualify of construction. The education and training of forest police are important and urgent in the new situation. There are some problems in this work. A series of effective measures should be taken for achieving the innovation and development of this work.
