摘　　要：目的评价普伐他汀治疗高脂血症的疗效及安全性。方法检索CENTRAL、Pubmed、EMbase、中国生物医学文献数据库、中文期刊全文数据库、万方数据库,人工检索纳入研究的参考文献以及相关杂志及会议报告,纳入符合标准的普伐他汀治疗高脂血症的随机对照实验和自身前后对照研究,经过质量评估、数据提取,对符合标准的研究进行Meta分析。结果共纳入11项研究,meta分析显示:经普伐他汀治疗后,患者LDL-C明显降低[均数差(MD)=-1.46,95%可信区间(CI):-1.87～-1.05,P<0.01];TC明显降低[MD=-1.32,95%CI:-1.44～-1.20,P<0.01];HDL-C增加(MD=0.44,95%CI:0.33～0.55,P<0.01),差异均具有显著统计学意义。结论普伐他汀治疗高脂血症有效且安全性较好。Objective To review the curative effect and safety of pravastatin on hyperlipidemia. Methods The databases of CENTRAL, PubMed, EMbase, CBM, CJFD, WangFang Database were retrieved for collecting the randomized controlled trials （RCT） and before-after auto-controlled studies, and reference literature and relative journals and meeting reports were retrieved manually. After quality assessments and data extractions, all RCT accorded with standard were given a Meta-analysis. Results There were totally 11 RCT enclosed and the results of Meta-analysis showed that the level of LDL-C decreased significantly in patients after the treatment with pravastatin （MD=- 1.46, 95 % CI： - 1.87 to - 1.05, P〈0.01）, level of TC decreased significantly （MD=- 1.32, 95 % CI： -1.44 to -1.20, P〈0.01）, and level of HDL-C increases （MD=0.44, 95%CI： 0.33 to 0.55, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Pravastatin has a higher curative effect and safety in the treatment of hyperlipidemia.
