摘 要:通过分析大庆油田不同开发阶段,压裂工艺技术面临的矛盾,论述了压裂工艺技术随着矛盾的转变,不断发展完善的历程。由初期的普通分层压裂逐步发展应用了以投球法压裂为主的暂堵剂转向型压裂技术;以限流法压裂为主的限流系列压裂完井技术;以宽短缝压裂为主的老区三次加密井压裂技术;以中低渗透层聚驱井压裂为主的三次采油压裂技术;以二氧化碳泡沫压裂;水平井多段压裂为主的外围低渗透油田提高单井产能压裂技术;以海拉尔盆地控制裂缝高度压裂技术为主的海塔油田改造技术等,对低渗油层的渗流能力起重要的疏通作用。针对十二五及以后压裂技术面临新矛盾,提出其应向细分压裂、复杂岩性压裂、复杂井网整体压裂及复杂结构井压裂等方向发展。The development of the fracturing technique was described through the analysis of problems faced by the fracturing technique in different development phases of Daqing oilfield.The fracturing technique was gradually developed from the early ordinary fracturing to temporary plugging agent fracturing technology centering on the pitching fracturing,to the limiting series fracturing completion technology centering on the limited entry fracturing,to tertiary infill wells fracturing technology of the maturing area centering on the wide and short seam fracturing,to tertiary oil recovery fracturing technology centering on polymer flooding well fracturing,to single well productivity improvement fracturing in peripheral low permeable oilfield centering on CO2 fracturing and horizontal well fracturing,and to reconstruction technique in Haita oilfield centering on the crack height control fracturing technique in Hailaer basin,which played an important role in the seepage ability for low permeability reservoirs.Through the analysis of problems faced by fracturing technique during the Twelfth Five-Year Plan period and after,the development directions of the fracturing technique should be subdivision fracturing,complex lithology fracturing,complex wells whole fracturing,and complex structure well fracturing were pointed out.
