摘  要:针对传统地形图时效性较差、购买周期长、商业卫星遥感数据售价昂贵等问题,结合油气管道前期研究精度要求相对宽松的特点,利用互联网上公开的地理信息数据,以Google Earth软件为例,介绍其在油气管道线路工程前期研究中的应用。经过综合比较,在管道线路前期研究中采用Google Earth软件是可行的,将其引入到管道前期研究中,可有效提高内业选线和外业踏勘的效率。该软件的数据范围、数据质量、时效性等基本能够满足油气管道规划、预可研和部分可研阶段的要求。但是,受总体精度的限制,在设计阶段仍需购买高清遥感数据和大比例尺地形图来优化管道线路。For the problems of weak timeliness and the long buying cycle in the traditional topographic map,and expensive price of the commercial satellite remote sensing data,combining with characteristics of the relatively loose precision in the feasibility study of the oil and gas pipeline,the application of GIS data on the Internet,taking the Google Earth software as example,to the feasibility study of the oil and gas pipeline project were introduced.The Google Earth software was proved to be feasible through the comprehensive comparison.The efficiency of the pipe-route selection and reconnaissance was improved by means of the Google Earth software.The data range,data quality,and timeliness could basically meet the requirements during the planning,pre-feasibility study,and part of the feasibility study.However,due to the limitation of overall accuracy,high-definition remote sensing data and large-scale topographic maps should still be bought to optimize the pipeline route in the design phase.
