摘  要:长输管道在输送天然气过程中需消耗大量能源,输气管道节能问题一直是我国管道行业发展中需要重点解决的问题。通过分析长输管道系统和选用设备的能耗情况,为项目后续的节能评估提供明确的依据。从分析管道输送能耗入手,提出了天然气长输管道节能降耗的着力点应放在降低管道直接损耗。设计过程中根据能耗分析来确定工艺方案和设备选型等,指出采用内涂层技术和高压输送;适宜的输送温度;在外部条件适宜情况下合理选用压气站压缩机组的驱动方案;在未达到设计输量下减少运行压气站数量等,以优化输送工艺和设备选型来降低管道的直接能耗。A lot of energy was consumed in the transportation of the long-distance gas pipeline.The energy issue was always the main problem needing to resolve in the development of China's pipeline industry.A clear basis was provided for the energy-saving assessment of the project by the analysis of the energy consumptions of the pipeline system and the selected equipments.The focal point of the energy-saving and consumption-reducing for the long-distance gas pipeline should be put in reducing the direct energy consumption of the pipeline.The technology and equipment selection should be determined by the analysis of the energy consumption during the design.Suggestions on adopting internal coating,high boost pressure,and appropriate transportation temperature,selecting optimal compressor-driver set in suitable external conditions,reducing the number of running gas stations under the low load conditions,so as to reduce the direct energy consumption were put forward.
