摘　　要：结合工作实践,介绍了新疆地区"混凝土输水管产品生产许可证实施细则"的实施情况,针对实施过程中部分企业存在的问题提出了相应的改善建议。此外,对该细则的部分规定阐述了自己的观点并提出了修改意见。Combining the writer＇s own working practice, the implementing situation of ＂implementation detailed rules of production license on concrete water-carriage pipe produces＂in Xinjiang are discussed. Corresponding improvement suggestions for sovling the problems of some companies in implementation process of the detailed rules are put forward. In addition, some views on the detailed rules are expounded, and related suggestions are put forward.
