摘　　要：经济转轨和社会转型赋予了社会中介组织重要的社会管理和服务职责,我国社会中介组织在蓬勃发展的同时,也逐渐暴露出许多亟待解决的问题,如体制不顺、监管不力、信用欠佳等。这些问题的存在固然有社会中介组织自身的原因,也有体制性根源。本文针对我国社会中介组织监管的现状及存在的问题,在分析社会中介组织监管的理论基础之上,提出了改进社会中介组织监管方式的政策建议:以打破"依附关系"为核心,建立健全社会中介组织监管体系;以落实责任为根本,完善社会中介组织准入、运行、退出时的监管制度;以健全行政措施为手段,完善社会中介组织日常监督制约机制。Economic shunt and social transition make the social intermediary organization have important functions. However, the social intermediary organizations appear dilemmas such as supervision existing blind area, the efficiency of the supervision low and so on. The existence of these problems includes the social intermediary organizations own reasons, also has the institutional origin. On the base of analyzing the theory of the social intermediary organization＇s supervision, we mainly discuss the supervision problems and coping strategies. First, establish and perfect the supervision system of social intermediary organization. Second, Perfect the supervision system when the social intermediary organizations access, operation, and exit. Finally, perfect the daily supervision and restriction mechanism.
