摘 要:以苯基三乙氧基硅烷(PTES)为原料、氢氧化钾为催化剂,通过水解缩合法合成了八苯基取代笼形倍半硅氧烷(OPS),用傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振硅谱、X射线衍射和热重分析等手段,对产物的结构进行了表征,并考察了催化剂用量、水加入量和反应时间等条件对产物收率的影响。结果表明,在严格控制水解条件下可以合成OPS;当PTES用量为28 g时,在氢氧化钾的质量分数为PTES的2%、水加入量为4 mL以及反应时间为72 h的条件下,所得OPS的收率大于80%。Polyhedral octaphenylsilsesquioxane (OPS) was synthsized by hydrolytic condensation with phenyltriethoxysilane (PTES) as material, po- tassium hydroxide as catalyst. The structure of OPS was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spec- troscopy, 29Si-nuclear magnetic resonance spectros- copy, X-ray diffraction and thermal gravimetric anal- ysis, and the effects of catalyst amount, water adding amount and reaction time on the yield ofproduct were investigated. The results showed that OPS could be synthesized when the hydrolytic condi- tion was controlled strictly, the yield of OPS could reach above 80% at PTES 28 g, mass fraction of po- tassium hydroxide in PTES 2% , water 4 mL as well as reaction time 72 h.
