摘  要:针对某厂液氨外输管线阀门在运行过程中突然断裂,导致大量液氨泄漏的事故,通过对事故阀门进行宏观检查、化学成分检验、力学性能检测,分析了介质环境对阀门阀芯部位温差应力的影响。结果表明,在阀门原始铸造与设计存在缺陷的情况下,阀门不能承受内压、温度与外部载荷的综合作用而导致脆性断裂。According to sudden valve fracture during operation installed in the liquid ammonia pipeline, resulting in a large liquid ammonia leakage accident, the valve was inspected which in- eluded the following inspection: appearance inspection, chemical composition inspection and the mechanical properties examination. The medium environment influence of temperature stress on valve core part was analyzed. The results showed that, the valve could not bear the comprehen- sive function of inner pressure, temperature and external load and led to brittle fracture, because of original casting and design defects.
