摘  要:以有机胺为催化剂、水为溶剂使间苯二酚与环氧乙烷(EO)醚化合成了间苯二酚二羟乙基醚(HER)扩链剂。确定了EO法合成HER较佳的工艺条件,制得的HER产品质量分数高于98.5%,收率高于82%,且批间重现性良好。母液循环利用可提高HER合成收率,但产品质量随着母液循环次数增加而降低,母液循环次数不应多于3次。The resorcinol bis(2-hydroxyethyl) ether (HER) chain extender was synthesized by etherification of resorcinol and ethylene oxide (EO) using organic amine as catalyst and water as solvent. The optimal synthesizing process conditions of HER by EO method were confirmed. The mass fraction of obtained HER products is higher than 98.5%, the yield is higher than 82%, and the batch-to-batch repeatability is better. The synthetic yield of HER can be raised by circular utilization of mother liquor, but the product quality decreases with increasing of mother liquor cycling times. So the cycling times of mother liquor should be not more than 3.
