摘　　要：提出了高等学校教学中的柔性组织的概念,分析了柔性组织的类型、特点和存在的主要问题,给出了柔性组织建设的若干建议。The Concept of flexible organization in Colleges and Universities is put forward, the types, Characteristics and the main problems are analyzed, and the Suggestions to construct the flexible organization are given.
