摘 要:目的通过对某医院门诊西药房开展药学咨询服务的工作情况进行总结和分析,探讨如何提高药学服务质量,促进合理用药。方法抽取某医院2010年1月~2011年12月门诊西药房760例药学咨询记录,从咨询服务的对象、咨询的方式、咨询的药物及内容进行统计、分析。结果药物咨询中最多的为询问、求购药品,占33.03%,其次是药物的用法用量、药理作用、不良反应等。咨询药物类别最多的是心血管系统药物,其次是抗菌药、神经系统药、消化系统药等;其中患者及其家属最需要药学咨询,占咨询人数的69.74%。结论开展药学咨询工作对患者能够安全、有效、合理使用药物,减少药物不良反应,对提升窗口服务质量,提高药学人员综合素质有重要的意义。Objective The pharmaceutical consultations of the pharmacy in a hospital for outpatients were summarized and analyzed to explore how to improve the service quality of the pharmacy and promote the rational use of medicines. Methods The article took 760 records of the pharmaceutical consultation of the outpatient pharmacy in a hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 as example, and the objects of the consulting services, the ways of the consultation and the contents and drugs of the consultation were counted up and analyzed. Results The most drug consultation questions were looking for drugs, accounting for 33.03%. The second were the drug usage and dosage, the use of drugs, adverse reactions and so on. What were consulted most were the drugs of cardiovascular system; the second was antibiotic medicines, nervous system medicines, digestive system medicines and so on. Among them the patients and their family needed pharmaceutical consultations most, accounting for 69.74%. Conclusion Develo- ping pharmaceutical consultation are of great significance to make patients use drugs safely, effectively and rationally to reduce adverse drug reactions and improve the service quality of the window and the comprehensive quality of phar-maceutical personnel.
