摘 要:目的彻底解决我院门急诊输液室工作中的常见问题,提高护理人员服务质量,达到JCI认证标准。方法以执行JCI标准流程为主要依据,以"99+1=0"理念为辅助进行人性化管理,通过护理质量综合评分及护理人员满意度调查来评价管理效果。结果管理1年后护理质量综合评分与管理前相比明显升高,11名护理人员有9或10人对服务态度、同事关系、组织关怀、科室氛围、团队精神的改善最为满意,认为工作压力和创新意识方面的工作还亟待加强。结论在"99+1=0"理念指导下执行JCI认证标准,已明显减少我院门急诊输液室工作中的常见问题,人性化管理方面仍有待进一步加强。Objective Completely solve the common problems of outpatient and emergency transfusion room in our hospital, improve the service quality of the nursing staffs, achieve the JCI authentication standard. Methods The JCI standard procedures were implemented for main basis. With "99 + 1 =0" concept for supplementary human- ized management, the effectiveness of management was evaluated by nursing quality comprehensive score and the nursing staff satisfaction survey. Results The nursing quality comprehensive score after one year was significantly higher than before, nine or ten people in 11 nursing staffs were most satisfied with the improvement of service atti- tude, colleague relationship, organization care, department atmosphere, and team spirit; it is considered that work pressure and innovation consciousness need to be further strengthened. Conclusion To execute JCI attestation stand- ard under the guidance of "99 + 1 = 0", our common problems in transfusion room has been significantly reduced,and humanization oaanagement is still to be further strengthened.
