大学生乐观主义对应激和危机的干预效应

摘　　要：为了探索乐观主义在大学生应激与危机之间的中介效应,采用"学生生活应激调查"(SLSI)和自编"大学生乐观主义量表",从大学生中抽样441人,采用AMOS拟合结构方程模型进行实证分析。得出结论,在直接效应模型中,生活应激对心理危机有显著诱发效应,乐观主义对心理危机产生显著干预效应;在中介效应模型中,乐观主义对生活应激产生显著缓解效应,并对心理危机产生显著干预效应。认为,乐观主义是一种积极心理品质和独特心理资本,其核心品质或资产是高乐观、高效能与低悲观、低失败。乐观主义在生活应激与心理危机之间具有缓解应激和干预危机的双向中介效应,为大学生心理危机的干预提供了实证参数和工作依据。In order to explore the intermediary effect of the optimism between stress and crisis in the university student,the ＂student life stress investigation ＂（SLSI） and self- compiled＂ optimism scale for college students＂ are adopted in 441 college students,who are sampled as the subjects of the study,and by means of AMOS fitting structure equation model. Then it is revealed that in the direct effect model,life stress is a strong inducer to psychological crisis, optimism has significant intervention effect;while in the mediation effect model, optimism has notable relief effect to life stress, and has a significant intervention effect on psychological crisis. At last,it is concluded that optimism is a positive psychological quality and unique psychological capital, and its core is high optimism, high -effect and low pessimism, low failure. Since optimism has the two -way intermediary effect, which can relieve stress and intervene crisis between life stress and mental crisis, the above research can provide empirical parameters and working basis for the intervention of college students＇psychological crisis.
