摘　　要：胡锦涛主席关于国防和军队建设"主题主线"重大战略思想,对军队政治工作提出许多新课题、新要求,围绕主题主线大力加强改进和创新发展军队政治工作具有重要现实意义。着眼贯彻主题主线,军队政治工作必须在目标任务定位、实践平台拓展、方法手段适应、检验标准明确上下功夫。President HU has put forward the ＂main theme＂ major strategy thought on strengthening national defense and army building, which advances new subjects and demands on military political work. It has a profound and far reaching significance for developing military political work around this theme. Thus we should put a lot of effort on developing political work form four aspects, such as. aiming for our goal, expanding platform, taking suitable method and devices, establishing tests for evaluation.
