摘　　要：针对当代离婚率不断攀升的实际,本文深入剖析了我国现行婚姻立法中关于离婚程序的缺陷,并借鉴了国外经验,提出了通过增设结婚年限、考虑期、加大离婚成本及完善离婚标准等措施来降低离婚率,从而保障社会稳定有序的发展。For the contemporary divorce rate rising, this paper analyses the defects of the current mar- riage legislation on divorce proceedings, and learn from foreign experience, based on marriage years, consider pe- riod, increased divorce cost and improve the divorce standard measures to reduce the divorce rate, so as to safe- guard social stability and orderly development.
