摘 要:分析了FTA最小割集求解方法和顶事件概率求解方法,并在此基础上将其用在汽车转毂试验台制动失灵故障诊断中。建立故障树模型,进一步求解其最小割集及顶事件发生概率并仿真,对转毂制动故障的原因进行分析,为汽车转毂试验台故障诊断提供了一种有效可行的方法。A study of minimum tree analysis has been made in this cut set solution method and the top events probability solution method of the fault paper, based on this, FTA has been used in fault diagnosis of brake failure in chassis dynamometer. First establishing fault tree model for the quantitative and qualitative analysis, further solving its minimum cut set and top of the occurrence probability of event, then simulationning the model, finally finding out the cause of the failure of brake, which provides an effective and feasible method of the fault diagnosis of chassis dynamometer.
