CT80国产连续油管在复杂油气田环境中的规模应用

摘　　要：介绍了CT80钢Ф 31.8 mm×3.18 mm国产连续油管在青海油田的应用情况,包括低压气井N2泡沫冲砂、喷射冲洗水井射孔炮眼、油井拖动酸化、通井刮削、喷砂及水力切割、喷砂射孔环空压裂以及水平井作业等工艺应用。并对国产连续油管在青海高原油气田复杂环境的129井次的现场施工应用进行了综合评价,给出了CT80国产连续油管应用41井次后力学性能与应用前的对比结果。现场应用结果表明:CT80国产连续油管能够适应高原复杂环境的施工作业,实现了高原油气田降本增效。In this article, it introduced the application of CT80 China domestic Ф 31.8 mm×3.18 mm coiled tubing in Qinghai oil field, including low pressure nitrogen foam samtwashing, jet-flushing borehole of water wells, drag-acidification of oil wells, wiper trips, scraping, sandhlast cutting, water cutting, sandblast perforating annular fracturing, and horizontal well operations,etc. It conducted overall evaluation for site operation in 129 wells in Qinghai plateau oil and gas fieht with complex employing environment,compared mechanical properties of CT80 coiled tubing in 41 wells application with that of before application. The site application result showed that CT80 China domestic coiled tubing is suitable for construction in plateau with complex environment, which realize cost decreasing and efficiency increasing in plateau oil and gas field.
