摘　　要：会展业是第三产业发展成熟后出现的一种新型经济形态,为人类物质文化交流的重要形式.随着经济的快速发展,大连会议和展览的数目也在逐年增加,会展业已成为一个令人瞩目的新兴行业,由此带来了巨大的经济效益和商机.尝试将分析产业竞争力的波特钻石模型与进行决策分析的层次分析法(AHP)相结合,对大连会展业发展进行实证分析,旨在发现大连会展业发展的内在规律以及制约大连会展业发展各因素的相对重要程度,为促进大连会展业发展提供理论依据,以期提升大连会展业的行业地位及产业竞争力.With the rapid development of economy, the number of conference and exhibition in Dalian is increasing year by year, exhibition has already become a remarkable emerging industry which brings enormous economic benefits and business opportunities. This paper tries to combine Potter＇s Diamond model which analyzes the competitiveness of industry with AHP that is used for decision- making, to make empirical analysis of structure construction of Conference ＆ Exhibition Industry development in Dalian. In order to discover the inherent laws of Dalian Conference ＆ Exhibition In- dustry development and the relative important restrictions of structure construction of Conference ＆ Exhibition Industry in Dalian, we provide theoretical basis for advancing industry status and industri- al competitiveness in Dalian Conference ＆ Exhibition Industry.
