摘　　要：收集浙北某县人民医院胆石病伴胆囊炎手术患者住院费用和病案资料,进行现状、单因素和多因素分析,了解胆石病伴胆囊炎手术患者住院费用状况,探讨住院费用的影响因素,为控制其住院费用增长提供科学依据。结果显示:年龄、结石部位、感染情况、住院天数、付款方式、出院状态对胆石病伴胆囊炎手术患者住院费用有影响。We collected the cases of chololithiasis with cholecystitis surgery and analyzed the inpatient medical costs using descriptive method, single and multiple factors analysis. The results showed the influencing factors included age, the stone position, infection, inpatient days, payment, and the condition leave hospital.
