摘  要:为了研究聚光光伏发电技术的应用,提出并研制了一种基于天文年历算法的低成本双轴追日系统。追日系统采用STM32F103RC微控制器,与电机编码器位置反馈构成闭环系统,根据时间、经纬度计算出太阳的位置,控制推杆和回转盘动作实施跟踪。分析了各种误差对系统的影响,并通过圭测法检测和长时间运行。结果表明:该追日系统运行稳定,跟踪精确,满足高倍聚光光伏发电系统的需求。For studying the application of concentrator photovoltaic technology, a new low cost double axis sun tracker system based on the astronomical almanac's algorithm was designed. The controller using a 32 bit MCU STM32FI03RC, with motor encoder position feedback, a closed-loop system was constructed. By local time, longitude and latitude, sun's position was worked out, and corresponding action was taken by the tracker to control push rod and reverse turning dish. The influences caused by all kinds of errors to system were analyzed, and the system was worked in long term and was checked by method of shadow of a pole. The results show that the sun tracker system runs stably with precise tracking, and satisfies the multi-time needs of CPV electric generator system.
