摘　　要：对攀长钢高速线材生产线的进口吐丝机万向联轴器的断裂原因进行分析和验算,找出断裂的原因,同时,对万向联轴器的半联轴器进行改进,校核力矩、转动惯量等技术参数,使新设计的联轴器能够满足吐丝机启、制动性能,保证振动值在允许范围内。In this paper, through an analysis and check of fracture cause for universal coupling of imported laying head of high-speed wire production line in Pangang, the reasons for fracture are found out; meanwhile, the half-coupling of universal coupling is improved with respect to check torque, moment of inertia and other technical parameters, The new design of the coupling can satisfy the requirements of starting and breaking performance of laying head, and ensure that the vibration value is within the allowable range.
