炔诺酮片联合雄激素治疗更年期功血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:比较炔诺酮片联合雄激素与单纯使用炔诺酮片治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的临床效果。方法:将80例确诊为更年期功能性子宫出血的患者随机分为单用炔诺酮片对照组40例,炔诺酮片联合雄激素治疗组40例,比较两组患者的止血效果、贫血改善、月经周期及经量恢复情况以及副反应,并观察治疗后子宫内膜转归及自然绝经情况。结果:治疗组效果显著,突破性出血少,复发少,贫血亦大有好转,副反应小;对照组效果肯定,但治疗过程中出现经间突破性出血及转氨酶升高者多,贫血无明显改善,易复发。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:炔诺酮片联合雄激素治疗更年期功血效果明显,副作用少,值得临床推广应用。Objective ：To compare the clinical effect between the norlutin tablets combining the traditional androgen and norlntin tablets combining the androgen in the treatment of perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding.Methods ：A total of 80 patients, who had been diagnosed as the perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding, were randomly divided into the norlutin tablets combining traditional androgen group （treatment group） of 40 eases and the norlntin tablets combining androgen group （control group） of 40 cases.The hemostasis effects, anemia improvement, menstrual cycles, recovery of menstruation amount and side reactions in two groups were compared, then observing the outcome of endumetrium and details of natural menopause.Results ：The curative effect in the treatment of perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding was obvious with less breakthrough bleeding and recurrence, large improvement in anemia and slight side reaction.The curative effect in the treatment of perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding was sure, but the breakthrough bleeding occurred during the menstruation period and the transaminase went up for many people without obvious improvement in anemia and it was easy to recur.The differences between two groups had statistical signifieance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ：The norlutin tablets combining traditional Androgen in the treatment of perimenopausal functional uterine bleeding had obvious curative effect with less side reactions, which is valuable for the clinical popularization and application.
