摘 要:目的:观察特定电磁波谱对移植脂肪体内微血管形成的作用。方法:将72只雌性SD大鼠随机分成胰岛素组、特定电磁波谱组和对照组,制作颗粒脂肪移植动物模型。胰岛素组:术中移植脂肪团内加入胰岛素(浓度为300 mU/L);特定电磁波谱组:术后用特定电磁波谱照射每天3次;对照组:移植脂肪不施加任何处理。术后免疫组化血管染色测量移植脂肪块内微血管密度。结果:在术后第10天,特定电磁波谱组和胰岛素组微血管密度测定均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),在术后第20、28天特定电磁波谱组微血管密度高于对照组。结论:特定电磁波谱照射能促进移植脂肪体内微血管形成,提高移植脂肪的存活率。Objective:To investigate the effect of TDP on microvessel formation of autogenous fat transplantation in mice. Methods: Totally 72 female mices were divided into TDP group, insulin group and control group randomly and animal model of fat transplantation was established. The region of autogenous fat transplantation was treated with TDP for 30 rains at a time, 3 times pre day in TDP group. Autogenous fat transplantation was treated with insulin(concentration of 300 mU/L) in insulin group,the fat transplantation in control group was untreated.The microvessel density in fat transplantation was determined by immunohistochemical method. Results: Microvessel density was higher in TDP group and insulin group than in control group(P〈0.05) at 10 d after the operation. Microvessel density was higher in TDP group compared with that of control group at 20 d and 28 d after the operation. Conclusion:It shows that TDP could improve survival rate of autogenous fat transplantation by promoting vessel formation.
