摘　　要：硬X射线调制望远镜(HXMT)是我国第一颗天文卫星。卫星在轨运行期间,需要在地面对卫星上的载荷运行性能进行监测,以保证HXMT高效地进行各类观测。论文介绍HXMT监测与警报子系统的工作原理,并基于LabVIEW技术对该系统进行了设计,同时产生模拟数据流对设计进行了性能测试。测试结果证明该设计已初步达到了监测与警报子系统的要求。The Hard X - ray Modulation Telescope （ HXMT ） is the first independent astronomic planet of China. The performance of instrument should be monitored by ground segment to detect HXMT instrument anomalies at varies observing modes in different mission phase. This paper introduces the principle and design of HXMT monitoring and alarm subsystem. The preliminary development and implement based on labVIEW are described. The tuning and checking have been done by the simulated data samples, the results show that the design is reliable.
