摘 要:在饲料蛋白质和能量水平均能满足生长需要的基础上,分别以猪油、豆油、鱼油和茶油作为脂肪源,配制4种饲料(油脂的添加水平为4.5%),投喂初始体质量为(4.60±0.5)g的奥尼罗非鱼幼鱼,于1.5m×1m×1m的水族箱中饲养10周。每组3个平行,每箱15尾鱼,试验水温25~28℃。研究饲料脂肪源对奥尼罗非鱼体脂沉积、脂类代谢相关酶活性及基因表达的影响。结果显示,与鱼油相比,茶油、豆油和猪油可明显提高鱼体内脂肪的含量(P<0.05),其中茶油组显著高于其他组(P<0.05);饲料脂肪源对肌肉中脂肪含量无显著影响,但与鱼油相比,其他脂肪源明显提高其肝体指数(P<0.05),而腹脂率则相反;鱼油可明显提高肝脏中苹果酸脱氢酶和脂蛋白脂酶的活性及mRNA表达(P<0.05);茶油明显降低脂肪中脂蛋白酶的活性及mRNA表达(P<0.05),豆油和猪油可明显提高脂肪中苹果酸脱氢酶的活力及mRNA表达(P<0.05)。饲料脂肪源对奥尼罗非鱼体脂的沉积的影响主要体现在肝脏和脂肪,而不同组织内脂蛋白酶活性及mRNA表达的变化是影响体脂沉积的主要因素。The tilapia hybrid (Oreochromis niloticus × O. aurea) juveniles with initial body weight of (4.60±0.5) g were reared in 1.5 m×1 m×1 m tanks at a rate of 15 fish per tank, and fed the sufficient protein and energy diets containing 4.5% of lard oil, soybean oil, fish oil or tea seed oil with triplication at water temperature of 25-28 ℃ for 10 weeks in order to evaluate effects of fat sources on lipid deposition in whole body, muscle, liver and intraperitoneal cavity, and activities and mRNA expression of related metabolic enzymes in the hybrid tilapia. The results showed that there were higher fat contents in whole body of the tilapia hybrid fed the diets containing tea seed oil, soybean oil and lard oil than that in the fish fed the diet containing fish oil, especially in the fish fed the diet containing tea seed oil (P〈 0.05). In muscle fat content, however, there was no significant difference in the tilapia hybrid fed the diets containing various fats. The hepato-somatic index (HIS) in the fish oil group was found lower (P〈 0.05) than in other groups, and the opposite case was observed in intraperitoneal fat ratio (IPF). The higher lipoprotein lipase (LPL) and malate dehydrogenase (MDH) activities and mRNA expression were found in the liver of the tilapia hybrid fed the diets containing fish oil than those in other groups (P〈 0.05). LPL activity and mRNA expression in fats were lower in tea oil group than in other groups (P〈0.05), and MDH activity and expression were higher in soybean oil and lard groups than in other groups (P〈0.05). The effects of different fat sources on tilapia body fat deposition were mainly reflected in the liver and adipose, and the main factors influencing fat deposition were LPL activity and mRNA expression in different tissues.
