摘　　要：产业集群是浙江经济快速发展的主要动力,区域产业集中可形成集聚效应,使企业成本节约、促进行业互补和推动技术创新。产业技术创新战略联盟是一种新型的产业技术创新组织和创新型产学研合作模式,研究基于嘉兴现有集群产业,推动建设嘉兴区域产业技术创新战略联盟,对嘉兴区域创新体系建设具有非常重要意义。The industrial cluster is the main power of rapid economic development in Zhejiang province. Regional industrial concentration can form assemble effect ,enable enterprises to achieve cost savings and Promote industry complementary and technical innovation. The industry technology innovation strategic alliances is an innovative form of research cooperation, which is different from past, can promote the construction of regional innovation system on the base of the local industrial clusters. To research to promote the building of the Jiaxing regional industrial technology innovation and strategic alliances on the base of the Jiaxing existing industrial clusters has very important significance to the regional innovation system in Jiaxing.
