摘　　要：采用称重法和颗粒尺寸测量法对过滤器的清洁度进行检测;使用手持式X荧光测定仪对杂质成分进行分析。分析造成液压系统过滤器污染的原因。The research mainly used weight method and the measurement of partiele size to test the cleanness of the filter, and the hand-held X-ray fluoreseence deteetor to analyze the eontent of impurities. Then the reason for the pollution of the hydraulie system filter was analyzed.
