摘 要:以云南某地的一水硬铝石型铝土矿为原料,以胺作为捕收剂,碳酸钠、淀粉、六偏磷酸钠等为调整剂,先进行16种胺类捕收剂种类的探索试验,确定最适合的胺类捕收剂,再通过pH、磨矿细度以及捕收剂、调整剂的用量等条件试验,探讨通过反浮选方法提高一水硬铝石铝硅比的适宜工艺条件。试验结果表明,在pH 4、磨矿细度-74μm占70%时,胺类捕收剂Wj-13的脱硅效果最好,加入适量的碳酸钠和六偏磷酸钠,得到精矿品位60.12%、作业回收率为90.48%、铝硅比8.89的铝土矿精矿。The study object in this paper is a bauxite ore sample mainly with gibbsite from Yunnan.Amine is used as collectors,and sodium carbonate,starch and sodium hexametaphosphate are used as regulators.Firstly the groping tests for 16 kinds of amine collectors are carried out to determine the best type of amine collector.Then conditional tests for pH values,grinding fineness,the dosages of collector and the dosages of regulator are conducted to determine the best process conditions of the reverse flotation to enhance the ratio of A/S.Tests results show that when the pH value is 4,the grinding fineness is 70% below 74 μm and appropriate dosages of sodium carbonate and sodium hexametaphosphate are added,the amine collector Wj-13 shows a very effective desilication performance.Such that,the concentrate from the reverse flotation contains 60.12% Al2O3 at a recovery of 90.48%(relative to flotation operation),and the ratio of A/S reaches 8.89.
