浅议强化电子文件管理工作中的风险意识与防范

摘　　要：电子文件管理是一项十分复杂的系统工程。随着科技的发展,电子文件逐渐进入不同的工作领域并不断增加,对电子文件风险的分析、处理和防范已逐渐成为研究的主题。本文通过对目前电子文件管理存在的管理意识淡薄、风险意识整体水平偏低、保存风险的认识严重不足等问题的剖析,提出了电子文件管理工作中的风险意识预防、减轻、接受、转移、回避这五种风险应对策略。The electronic-document management is a very complicated system. With the development of technology, electronic document has gradually been into various work places and been increasingly improved. It has been a research topic to analyze, process and prevent the risk of electronic document. Based on the problems presented in the current electronic-document management, such as weak management, low risk consciousness, and deficient understanding of the save risks etc. , the paper proposes five strategies to prevent, mitigate, accept, transfer and avoid the awareness of the risks.
