摘 要:研究怀牛膝风筝棵品种在武陟、郑州和北京三地,相同土壤,相同管理规程下有效成分含量的差异。方法:用HPLC法测定齐墩果酸和脱皮甾酮的含量。结果:武陟种植怀牛膝中齐墩果酸和脱皮甾酮的含量均较高于郑州和北京两地,但三地种植怀牛膝根部齐墩果酸含量和脱皮甾酮含量差异都不显著。结论:不同产地,相同土壤与相同管理规程下怀牛膝药材中齐墩果酸含量和脱皮甾酮含量差异都不显著。To compare the difference of active ingredients in Achyranthes bidentata B1. planted in Wuzhi, Beijing and Zhengzhou three locations with the same type of soils and the same plant regulation. Method: The contents of oleanolic acid and ecdysterone in root of Achyranthes bidentata B1. were determined by HPLC. Result: The contents of oleanolic acid and ecdysterone in root of Achyranthes bidentata B1. planted in Wuzhi location were all higher than these planted in Beijing and Zhengzhou locations, while there was not significant difference among the three locations. Conclusion: The contents of oleanolic acid and ecdysterone in root of Achyranthes bidentata B1. growing on the same type of soils and the same plant regulation in Wuzhi, Beijing and Zhengzhou three locations were not significant difference.
