摘 要:以丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺为共聚单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂,N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用溶液聚合法合成了聚(丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺)高吸水性树脂。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱和热重分析对产品的结构和性能进行了表征。研究了单体质量配比、丙烯酸中和度、引发剂及交联剂用量对树脂吸水率的影响。当mAA:mAM=4∶1,mAPS/(mAA+mAM)=0.8%,mMBA/(mAA+mAM)=0.05%,AA中和度为90%时,树脂吸水率最高,为1 124g/g,且该条件下制备的树脂具有良好的保水性能。Poly(acrylic acid co-acrylamide) (P(AA-co-AM)) superabsorhent resin was synthesized hy solution polymerization of acrylic acid(AA) and acrylamide (AM), using ammonium persulfate(APS) as an initiator and N, N' methylenebisacrylamide (MBA) as a cross linker. The resin was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and thermogravimetrie analysis (TGA). The effect of reaction conditions such as the mass ratio of AA to AM, the neutralization degree of AA, the content of initiator and cross linker, on water absorbency was investigated. It indicated that when the mass ratio of AA to AM was 4 : 1, the content of initiator and cross linker was 0.8% and 0.05% of the total mass of monomers,respectively,and the neutralization degree of AA was 90% ,water absorbency of P(AA-co-AM) reached maximum, 1124 g/g. In addition,P(AA-co-AM) superabsorbent resin prepared under such conditions showed good water retention properties.
